Social Housing Group | Partner - Liam Davall

A property investor and consultant, his main focus is assisting clients provide safe & secure leases. Liam is our Property Acquisitions person, he has now collaborated with the Social Housing Group for several years, assisting investors in maximizing their return on investment within the Social Housing sector. Additionally, he now leads the leasing division of our business, aiding landlords in leasing their properties to Social and Supported Housing providers.

Social Housing Group | Partner - Shelley Yates

A passionate Female Property Investor and Coach with 4 years of experience in real estate investment. Specialises in guiding investors through impactful social housing projects, fostering positive community development. Shelly is the Female Property Challenge Creator, helping women learn about the rent-to-rent social housing model. Shelly also heads our 6-week training program that provides participants with exclusive deals to pass on, along with coaching on finding investors. Shelly played a pivotal role in an investment initiative that achieved £1.3 million in sales within a month, emphasising the potential for substantial returns in a short timeframe.

Social Housing Group | Partner - Adam Malik

With over four years of experience at Social Housing Group, Adam has been instrumental in raising over £3 million in social housing investments. He specialises in delivering mutually beneficial solutions for landlords by implementing social housing leases on their properties, providing a hands-off, stress-free approach to property management.

Adam now leads the sourcing division of the business, focusing on sourcing properties and collaborating with landlords, agents, and investors to provide safe, secure, and sustainable housing solutions.
